A factual timeline of the original DRVU project and the events that led two of its original members to cease their involvement.
DRVU began as a project built by three people working together under Preem Transport LLC.
Over more than a year, significant time went into developing the DRVU brand, website, marketing materials, application, code and overall business concept.
In August 2026, that working relationship came to an end.
This page documents how that happened.
It is based on State of Hawaii business records, company documents and written communications retained from the project. It is intended only as a factual chronology of events and does not make legal conclusions or allegations of wrongdoing against any individual.

Preem Transport LLC Is Formed
Preem Transport LLC was officially registered in the State of Hawaii as a domestic limited liability company.
The company’s Articles of Organization designated Preem Transport as an at-will, member-managed LLC.
The Articles listed three individuals as the company’s initial members, with all 3 members being equal owners (33.33%).
One of those three individuals also served as the organizer and registered agent and signed the Articles of Organization.
There was no provision in the Articles stating that one member had unilateral authority to remove either of the other members.

The Three-Member Team Begins Building DRVU
Following the formation of Preem Transport LLC, work continued on DRVU as the company’s rideshare project.
The members contributed in different areas of the project.
One member was primarily responsible for the DRVU website, branding, graphics, marketing materials and other creative assets.
Another member was primarily responsible for developing the DRVU application and its underlying code.
The third member focused on the business concept, operations and direction of the rideshare service.
The website, application and brand continued to be developed over the following year.

DRVU Becomes a Registered Trade Name
The DRVU trade name was registered in Hawaii to Preem Transport LLC.
State records subsequently showed DRVU as an active trade name of the company.

*The 2026 Annual Report Is Filed
A 2026 Annual Report for Preem Transport LLC was received by the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
The Annual Report continued to identify Preem Transport LLC as “Member-managed.”
However, under the section asking for the company’s managers or members, only one of the three original members was listed.
The other two original members were no longer listed.
The Other Two Members Were Not Informed
According to the two omitted members, neither had been told beforehand that their names would be removed from the Annual Report.
There had been no request by either member to leave Preem Transport LLC.
Neither member had signed a resignation, membership transfer, buyout agreement or other document knowingly relinquishing their membership interest.
Neither member understood himself to have voluntarily withdrawn from the company before the July 6 filing.
The two members also state that there had been no dispute, argument or breakdown in their working relationship with the third member before this occurred. They continued working on DRVU under the understanding that the three-member structure remained in place.
The original Articles of Organization designated Preem Transport LLC as a member-managed LLC and identified all three individuals as its initial members. Nothing in the Articles expressly gave one member unilateral authority to remove either of the other two members.
The Filing
Despite the original three-member structure and without the other two members knowing about the change beforehand, the July 6 Annual Report listed only one member.
The filing was signed by that listed member. The declaration accompanying the filing certified that the report had been read, that the information provided was true and correct, and that the signer was authorized to sign it.
The two omitted members would not discover that their names had been removed from the Annual Report until later.
No legal conclusion is being made here regarding whether the July 6 filing itself legally terminated either individual’s membership. This timeline simply documents that the filing changed the reported membership from three individuals to one without the other two individuals’ prior knowledge or consent.

*State Records Still Display All Three Members
A DCCA Company Info report downloaded on July 22, 2026 continued to identify Preem Transport LLC as Member Managed.
At that time, the public Company Info report still displayed all three original members under “Managers / Members.”
The same report showed the company’s 2026 Annual Filing as “Not Filed.”

*A New 217-Page Agreement Is Sent
The two members received a proposed 217-page agreement concerning Preem Transport LLC and DRVU.
The agreement presented a substantially different ownership structure from the one reflected in the original Articles of Organization.
Under the proposed agreement, one individual was identified as the:
Founder, Sole Owner and Sole Member of Preem Transport LLC.
The other two individuals were characterized as executives rather than current owners or members.
The proposed agreement expressly stated that the two individuals had no present ownership, membership, equity, voting, management, distributional or other ownership-related interests in the company.
It instead created a framework under which they could potentially be considered for ownership in the future.
The proposed agreement also characterized their 10% shares of certain future DRVU net operating profit as compensation rather than ownership distributions.
*The agreement was not signed by the two individuals.

*The Change Is Discovered
After reviewing the proposed agreement, one of the two members questioned why the agreement identified the remaining member as the sole owner.
He stated in writing that this was not the arrangement under which the three had been working and referenced their understanding that they were partners in the company.
Shortly afterward, the two members discovered that their names were no longer included in the 2026 Annual Report.
They immediately objected.

*Work on DRVU Is Suspended
Following the discovery, the member responsible for the website and creative side of DRVU informed the group that the two members would not sign the proposed agreement.
He stated that the DRVU website would be taken down and application development would cease “until you fix things.”
A more detailed written response followed.
In that response, the two members’ position was stated clearly:
Neither believed they had signed anything resigning from Preem Transport LLC, transferring their interests or knowingly relinquishing their ownership.
They requested documentation showing when and how their membership interests had supposedly ended.
They also stated that they would not sign an agreement declaring that they had no existing ownership interest while the ownership dispute remained unresolved.

*The Sole-Ownership Structure Is Explained
Later that afternoon, the remaining member responded to the concerns.
In explaining the change, he wrote:
“I had to structure myself as the sole owner.”
He explained that the purpose was to protect the company and prevent the possibility of another person selling an ownership interest in DRVU.
The two other members continued to dispute that one member could make that decision without their involvement.

*The Working Relationship Ends
The disagreement escalated throughout the afternoon.
One of the two members wrote that he was “officially exiting this venture” and would no longer continue developing the DRVU application.
Later that day, the other member similarly stated that they were “out, done” and that trust had been completely lost.
These statements followed the discovery of the Annual Report and proposed sole-ownership agreement and occurred during the ongoing dispute regarding what had happened to the original membership structure.
No legal conclusion regarding the effect of those statements is being made here.
What is clear is that the working relationship between the three people who had been building DRVU effectively ended that day.

*DCCA Records Change
A new DCCA Company Info report downloaded the following day continued to identify Preem Transport LLC as: Member Managed
However, the “Managers / Members” section now displayed only one individual.
The company’s 2026 Annual Filing was also now shown as: Processed
This differed from the July 22 Company Info report, which had displayed all three original members and showed the 2026 Annual Filing as “Not Filed.”

A New DRVU Website Appears
A new website for DRVU appeared at:
DRVU.now
The new website continued to present DRVU as operating under Preem Transport LLC.
However, the two other original members of Preem Transport LLC were not identified anywhere on the website.
The site instead presented the project without reference to the two individuals who had previously contributed to the original DRVU website, branding, marketing assets, application development and code.
The appearance of the new website occurred shortly after the ownership dispute, the proposed sole-ownership agreement, the cessation of application development, and the original DRVU website being taken offline.
No conclusion is being made here regarding the legal effect of the new website or the membership status of any individual.
This entry simply documents that, as of August 12, 2026, DRVU continued to be publicly presented under Preem Transport LLC while the two other original members were no longer identified on the project’s website.

Where the Original DRVU Project Stands
Following the dispute:
Development of the original DRVU application ceased.
The original DRVU website was taken offline.
The two members responsible for the original website, branding, marketing assets and app development ceased further work on the project.
The existing work and documentation were preserved.
The two individuals did not sign the proposed 217-page agreement.

Why This Timeline Exists
This page is not intended to attack, embarrass or make legal accusations against anyone involved with DRVU.
It exists to document why the original DRVU team stopped working together and why the original DRVU website and application development ceased.
The original State filing identified three initial members of a member-managed LLC.
More than a year of work followed.
A later Annual Report listed only one member.
The other two members state that they did not know about that change beforehand.
They subsequently received a proposed agreement identifying the remaining member as sole owner and sole member and stating that the other two individuals had no present ownership.
They objected and declined to sign it.
The working relationship ended shortly afterward.
That is where the original DRVU project ended for two of the three people who helped build it.
This timeline reflects documents and communications retained from the original DRVU project and publicly available company filings. It represents a chronology of events, not a judicial determination regarding ownership, membership, liability or wrongdoing.
